EmploymentThe Salon at Escape is a licensed salon inside Escape Salon Suites. The Salon at Escape is for the experienced stylist who craves an elevated work environment and the opportunity to make the transition from employee to independent stylist at a safe and comfortable pace. While employed at The Salon at Escape, we will teach you what you need to know be a successful independent stylist.
Set your own hours - there are no required days or shifts.
Control your books and client communication.
Service pricing is individual to each stylist.
You've worked hard to build your clientele, and you deserve to be compensated for where you are now. Our commission structure is higher than the industry average to ensure you're maximizing your earning potential.
