 Q. Does Escape Salon Suites require a lease?
 A.  Yes, all renters are required to sign a minimum 1-year lease.
 Q. What do you charge for rent? 
 A.  Rent prices vary based on the type of suite and availability. Contact us for current pricing.
 Q. How do you collect rent?
 A.  We use a convenient app so you can choose to pay your rent via bank account or credit card. Rent is due weekly, but you can pay ahead or split up your payments through the week.
 Q: I don’t know what I need to get started owning my own salon. Can you help?
 A. Yes, contact us for a checklist.
 Q: What can I sell in my suite?
 A.  Your suite is your profit center! Along with hair care products, some stylists sell jewelry, clothing, accessories and other items. You are not limited.
 Q: What if I don’t want to carry my own products to retail?
 A. Renters can sell the products stocked at The Salon at Escape and earn a commission. You will be issued a 1099 at the end of the year for any commissions earned.
